The visit "the gourmet winemaker" is a friendly and sharing moment accompanied by a visit and a tasting. Discover our history, philosophy and the winemaking process. The tour begins with a tour of the vineyard and an explanation of our organic &biodynamic farming practices, followed by a tour of the winery, barrel cellar &horae. Experience a unique tasting with the discovery of our wines and a complete dinner aperitif (cold cuts, cheeses, terrine, caviar, vegetables, seasonal sweet pie, coffee) with local products from the Coteaux du Lyonnais terroir.
