Discovery of the Oenothèque Since June 2012, the estate has opened its wine cellar, a rare place in Alsace where only wines of our own production rest. In this cellar is based on vintages from the 80s to the present day, we find all our grape varieties, such as Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Sylvaner, Muscat, Pinot Noir, Riesling and Gewurztraminer. Selection from our range offered for sale: 3 Grands Crus (Steingrubler, Pfersigberg and Hengst) and Vendanges Tardives. All our wines have been certified in Organic Farming by Ecocert since 2010.

Domaine STENTZ BUECHER is the result of the union of two families from a long line of winegrowers established in Wettolsheim. Since 2010 we have been certified AB (Organic Farming). The philosophy that governs the work of the vine and the elaboration of the wines of domaine STENTZ BUECHER is based on the observation and love of nature. At DOMAINE STENTZ BUECHER, it is planted only 6,000 vines per hectare. The fact that the feet are not too tight allows better penetration of the sun and air. Thus, in rainy years, the grapes dry faster, which prevents gray rot. See less
