Cascina Le Preseglie out of 15 cultivated Lugana, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tocai Friulano. The cellar has a capacity of 2000 hectolitres. Enough to produce 60,000 bottles of Lugana Doc, San Martino della Battaglia Doc, Doc Garda Merlot and Metodo Classico.
The highly functional and technologically equipped cellar with its large steel barrels extends over 2 floors and can be requested on arrival as well as to be visited. Of course, don't miss the next tasting.
We will be happy to welcome you for a presentation of our vineyard. We will explain the work done in the vineyard, then the work done in the vinification and finally the refinement of the wines. Finally, we will offer you a tasting of some of our vintages.

The farmhouse Cascina Le Preseglie, immersed in the greenery of the vineyards, was obtained from the renovation of a farmhouse of the 1800s respecting the rural architecture. The family-run farm offers hospitality in independent cottages equipped with every comfort and finely furnished in country-provence style. Cascina Le Preseglie, "wellness farm", offers guests the new outdoor swimming pool and a wellness area with massages by reservation and Termarium: large room with equipment that includes steam bath with essences, biosauna and Vichy shower with the Salts of the Dead Sea. Inside the Cascina Le Preseglie there are 2 large conference rooms and seminars. The heart of the company is the extremely functional and technological cellar. There are five types of wines produced: Lugana Doc, S.Martino della Battaglia Doc, Garda Merlot Doc, Passito IGT and Metodo Classico. The names of the wines, very curious, derive from Sanskrit and their meaning also encompasses the essence of the wine they represent. The Lugana doc is called "Hamsa", the white swan symbol of purity and royalty, the San Martino della Battaglia doc is called "Kaivalya", freedom from conditioning, the Garda Merlot is called "Kundalini", vital energy, the Passito "Surya", the sun and the Classic Method "Ishvara", the Lord of nature.
