The Espumante Brut Alvarinho is an example of innovation that has become a tradition: in 1995, we made the first Espumante from Alvarinho, today it is an emblematic product for our territory. The elegance and fruit of Alvarinho make this sparkling wine with a fine and persistent bubble a pleasant aperitif or a nice accompaniment of baked pastries.
Soalheiro Primeiras Vinhas is made with grapes from our first vineyard, planted in 1974, which came to give its name to the brand: Soalheiro. A full-bodied, fresh and very complex wine, ideal to accompany fish, seafood or white meat dishes.
Soalheiro 9% is a wine that combines a natural sweetness, from Alvarinho grapes without late harvest, with a particular acidity. Ideal as an aperitif, to accompany light desserts or to prolong socialization at the table after a meal.
We would be happy to welcome you for a presentation of our wine. We explain the work done in the wine, then the work done in the winemaking and finally the refinement of the wines. Finally, we offer a tasting of some of our millennials.

A pioneer in the creation of Alvarinho wine in Melgaço and an international reference for the wines of this grape variety, Soalheiro fits perfectly into the typical Minho landscape that surrounds it. In the seventies (1974), the passion for viticulture led Joo Antonio Cerdeira, with the support of his father, Antonio Esteves Ferreira, to plant the first vineyard of Alvarinho and to create in 1982 the first brand Alvarinho in Melgaço and one of the first brands of Alvarinho in the sub-region of Monço and Melgaço.
