OUR HISTORY Before joining A la Française! family, our agency was called Provence Réservation. Provence Reservation has existed for 25 years. It's progressing! The company has evolved enormously over the years, has imagined a wide variety of circuits, and today has a fleet of about twenty minibuses, spread over Avignon, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, and as many driver-guides, ready to take care of you and make you discover our magnificent region. For us, Provence is the quintessence of the French art of living! Millennial history, small hilly villages, cypresses, olive trees, umbrella pines, vineyards, local markets and lavender fields as far as the eye can see (in June and July). Our goal is to show you our region how we love it; from within, in a way you could never discover for yourself. Your guide will take you off the beaten track to unique viewpoints; they will share with you their anecdotes about the area and give you lots of good plans to park in high season to save time. With them you will discover the treasures of the region in the best conditions. They will drive you with the utmost care, in high-end air-conditioned and comfortable minibuses. Our agency offers several types of circuits adaptable to your needs, your timing and your budget: shared visits, in small groups of up to 8 people, 7 days a week, in the morning, in the afternoon, or during the day. We offer you different tours to discover the emblematic sites of Provence. private visits, whether as a couple, family or group of friends. The tour will take place at your own pace and will allow you to discover the region in perfect conditions. tailor-made stays, for those who wish to be taken care of from A to Z. Whether it's after an excursion to the vineyards accompanied by our expert guides, a cooking class, a local boutique hotel or an outdoor picnic, Mélanie, Julia and Sarah are here for you! Agence Provence, located in the heart of Avignon (why not go see us: 4 rue de la République, 4th floor), we speak with a southern accent, we use a familiar language, we exchange 3 kisses in the morning and we laugh a lot because here down in the sunny south, we are always in a good mood! We are all either real locals or we have lived in the area for a long time. And we are proud to work to promote our beautiful heritage. Our agency in Avignon has about ten employees. Emilie leads the team with rigor and good humor; Estelle and Florian manage the customer relationship, Caro takes care of our guides and minibuses, Anne coordinates with our partners (monuments, wineries, etc.) and Mélanie, Julia and Sarah concoct dream stays for groups and individuals, in Provence as in all regions where A la Française! is present. And Laurence takes care of our accounts. As for Pierre-Jean, the founder and boss of A la Française! family, he spends 3 days here every 2 weeks, as he does in all the regions where we are present. As for driver-guides, Florence, Gaëlle and Rémi accompany us all year round, and are joined by the best drivers-guides of the season, from April to October, on our bases of Avignon, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille. There is no problem when it comes to customer satisfaction. That you are satisfied with your time with us: it is good, but it is not enough. Our goal is simply to ensure that your day or your stay with us remains engraved in your memory as the highlight of your holiday.
