Description
The Domaine de l'R is a viticulture in line with the elements that compose it: the soil, the water and... air.
The management of the vineyard is done in the most natural way possible by working the soil and protecting the vines from late blight and powdery mildew with sulfur and copper.
The harvest is manual and the grapes transported in boxes.
In the cellar, the encuvages are made by gravity in raw cement tanks. The reassemblys and the rackings are made logo-abquand the juices and the wines ask it. Sulphur is only there if it is needed... Tasting, ubiquitous during winemaking and aging, drives decisions.

The visits at 1€ mean that they are carried out free of charge by the winemaker. This amount is requested to ensure the seriousness of your request and avoid the winemaker to block a visiting slot unnecessarily.
