Description

Châteaux G. ARPIN have concocted for you a TOTAL IMMERSION.
A cozy "little nest" in a green setting, a stone's throw from my home!
Come with family or friends to this great house that can accommodate up to 15 people!

In the early morning you will be awakened by the song of the birds.

While enjoying a good coffee, you may see a deer chewing the apples of the orchard, you may see the ears of Master Hare or the flight of the heron who came to sin in the pond.

In the bubbling Jacuzzi, you can sip a glass of champagne while admiring the century-old oaks of the park.

This magnificent garden of 12,000 m² will bring you the serenity necessary to enjoy a good book.

Nestled in the hollow of a hammock, you can be tempted by a small nap in the shade of the trees.

The laughter of the children who jump in the trampoline may get you out of your daydreams... But the smile on your lips will come quickly when you crack the match under the shoots and vines that will embalm your grills.

While the children set the table, the "tac-tac" of the knife that minces the vegetables will sound on the central island of the kitchen.
We would be delighted to welcome you to make you discover the Château and its history and the work done to develop our wine!
Looking forward to seeing you again

Family affair... It was in 1919, on the return of the Great War, that Jean-Baptiste ARPIN, my great-grandfather, bought his first plot of Pomerol. Guy, my grandfather, Gérard, my father and I are the three generations of G. ARPIN who, following him, have worked and are working hard to ensure that this G.A. badge is part of the future with Glenn and Graham, my two sons. A wine signed G. ARPIN, it is the manly strength of the winemaker in love with his terroir, to offer a ""sculpture wine", from a unique land! The winemaker is a real tamer of vine. He invests all his know-how to give it a form, with rigor, patience and benevolence. Because it is the vine that gives us the grapes. And to make a great wine, you need good grapes. Personally, I attach great importance to the quality of my grapes. This allows me to make wines that I like and not wines "in the latest fashion". In doing so, I put all my heart, my passion into it and I achieve excellent results. Making the wine I love allows me to be in agreement with myself. To act in all congruence and to be an authentic winemaker. As a result, the quality of our wines is regularly rewarded by the various guides and specialized magazines, such as the Hachette Wine Guide which ranks us among the best. We also collect many medals, diplomas and grades that border on excellence. Of course, we develop world-famous appellations such as Pomerol or Saint-Emilion, but we put our heart into nourishing and perpetuating the greatness of the simplicity and solidity of family work. This is what you will find here: moderation, authenticity, generosity... And you will be greeted with warmth and camaraderie. Take the time to "stroll" on the pages of this shop... See less
