Description
Our vineyard Tzuba estate is located on a ground of terra rosa, among the ancient rocks terraced.
Our high altitude terroir (730 meters) and the low humidity combined with temperature differences between night and day create unique topographical conditions ideal for growing grapes.
Our rows of vines are planted from north to south with a density of 666 feet per dunam.
The harvest is done in nocturnal condition in order to preserve the quality of the grapes that arrive fresh in the cellar.
Fine wines derive their quality from the experience of winemakers and the love of those who make the much sought-after vintages of Tzuba estate.
The wines are aged in French oak barrels for 8 to 18 months. The winery produces 60,000 bottles a year and is sold in the best winemakers in Israel and abroad (France, USA, etc.).
We will be delighted to welcome you for a presentation of Tzuba estate. The tour lasts about 45 minutes to an hour.
We will explain the history of the winery, the work done in the vineyard, then the one done to the winemaking to finish by the wine growing.
Finally, we will offer you a tasting of four of our vintages.
