Description
Mike Whitney, owner of the Adoria vineyard, first sought the perfect location for his vineyard and worked with the world's leading wine authorities. It took a year and a half and the rejection of more than 300 sites before deciding that Zachowice was the ideal place. Once Mike had the perfect ground, he started building Poland's first world-class winery.
Experience has taught Mike that winemaking begins in the vineyard. Traditional processes are used where they work best and when modern techniques benefit the winemaking process, they are used. When you come to Adoria, you will notice this approach throughout the cellar.
We will be delighted to welcome you for a presentation of our vineyard.
We will explain the work done at the vineyard, then the one done to the winemaking to finish by the wine growing.
Finally, we will offer you a tasting of some of our vintages.
