Description
In our artisanal distillery located in Provence, we manufacture spirits for aperitifs or digestives. Our range includes plant spirits and liqueurs.
We work exclusively with plants and fruits grown or collected in Provence.
We like to work with fresh plants to make them feel all the character, which is why we do not add dyes or aromas. Our minds contain plants, water and alcohol and that's it! And to make a liqueur we simply add sugar!
We distill our alcohols on site in a 250L copper still.
We offer a guided tour of our distillery followed by a tasting of our spirits.
