He naturally showed his interest in the continuation of the family business when it was taken over in 1969. Champagnes We offer a wide range of champagnes. You will find traditional and original champagnes... We let express our imagination to create champagnes between tradition and innovation. Our purpose is to rewrite the traditional codes while keeping the family spirit of the house. Our Julien Chopin champagnes are little dosed. This choice is linked to the taste of Emmanuel Chopin who likes champagnes with little dose to let the aromas of the wines express themselves. The Maison de Champagne Julien Chopin offers two different ranges: Les Originelles and Les Classiques. The ratafias champenois Produced to particularly highlight fruit aromas, Julien Chopin ratafias champenois are expressive, colorful and aromatic. The particularity of the range? Our ratafia champenois are made from grape varieties: Meunier, Chardonnay, Pinot noir, Pinot blanc... Some are developed according to the solera method (Champagne version of the solera method). Julien Chopin ratafias from Champagne use mixology and gastronomy. They are the delicacy in a cocktail, a surprising pairing dish during a meal! See less
