Present alongside the great French and global PDOs, it celebrates local food excellence on a daily basis and sublimates the products of the first gastronomic region. For 30 years he has been developing world-renowned wines on the best terroirs.

10:30 a.m. Home Château Montus (65700 Castelnau-Rivière-Bass), registered at the Historic Monuments in 1988, mythical place of creation of exceptional wines. Similar to the "Birth of an Icon" visit:

Immerse yourself in the Secrets of Château Montus, explore its history, its winemaking facilities, its must-see bacchic mosaic vat and its majestic tannat winery.
Discover the greatest terroirs of Montus, then those of Bouscassé.

Extend the parenthesis by taking place at La Table de Bouscassé, a concept unique in the wine world, both a corporate table and a table d'hôtes of the BRUMONT Vineyards, attracting amateurs from all over the world.

You will discover, through a lunch Accord Mets et Vins, a masterful interpretation of a very powerful terroir, where the best of the 1000m2 vegetable garden of Château Bouscassé is in tune with the local high-end productions: ceps, Black of Bigorre, sturgeon Adour, Chapon d'Astarac Bigorre, local breeds or forgotten vegetables... to awaken, every noon, the senses of the guests.
