Located in the heart of the Balagne region of Haute-Corse, Domaine Alzipratu has been producing wines since 1968. Nestled between sea and mountains, just 8 km from Calvi and at the foot of Monte-Grossu, the vineyard extends over forty hectares and integrates the Corsican Calvi Protected Designation of Origin which was created in 1976. Owned by the Acquaviva family for three generations, the estate was initiated by Maurice Acquaviva, owner of sixteen hectares of vines in the Figarella Valley. Today, the estate has about forty hectares spread over different terroirs, located in the municipalities of Zilia, Calenzana and Moncale (Figarella Valley), managed successively by Maurice in 1968, then his son Pierre in 1991, and finally by Marc'Andria who joined the estate in 2018.
