Description
You will be welcomed by the Frézouls family for a meal worthy of a large restaurant. Exclusively local products coming directly from our vegetable garden and our hens. A very nice table will be set up for you with the dishes of our grandparents. Conviviality at the rendezvous!
Ideal for a meal with family or friends, all in a natural setting...
The wines are included, we offer you before the meal a tasting in the cellar.
Examples of dishes you can enjoy include:
Beautiful starters made up of olive tapenade from the estate's olive trees and its homemade oil or eggplant caviar from the Enclos vegetable garden
Then continue on a butternut gratin from the Garden of the Enclos or ratatouille of the vegetable garden and scrambled eggs from the chicken coop of the Enclos
Finally, finish with a pie or cake or charlotte with fruit from the Orchard of the Enclos.
All accompanied by the wines of the estate in accordance with your plates!
