Sylki is a very young Parisian polyfermentation workshop (National Metro, Line 6) in which fermented beverages (beers, kefirs, kombucha) are made from organic ingredients. It is a place of exchange and experimentation around fermentation opened for 3 months. Pierre, Achilles and Paul welcome you from Tuesday to Saturday night in the 13th.
Discover the world of fermentation (yeast work, micro breweries, equipment, choice of raw materials, etc.) followed by an incredible tasting of fermented beverages.
All accompanied by a buffet garnished, including fermented products!
