We are waiting for you in the gentle hilly territory so dear to Frederick II of Swabia.
Our welcome begins with a pleasant naturalistic walk through the vineyards and family olive groves: knowing the attentions of winemakers, exploring the microclimate of these hills already anticipates some emotions that we will live with the glass in hand. We arrive in the cellar that takes up the square shape of the typical Sicilian Baglio. Here we will dwell in the winemaking area to get excited together to open the tap of the tub and taste the wines in process. Passing through the bottling area we reach the aging room of red wines between barrels and barriques. We will complete the experience with the tasting of local typicalities (cheeses, salami, olives) accompanied by two wines that evoke all the warmth of the Mediterranean.
