Description
When I arrived on the estate in 1991, I convinced my father to vinify our entire harvest and committed myself to the marketing. Barely 3 years after my installation, I buy 1.75 hectares of vines in Pinot Meunier on the commune of Faverolles - Co-my which allows me to expand our range of grape varieties.
Sensitized by the environment from an early age, I change the outfit of the vineyard and gradually establish the ploughing and grassing that are now carried out on all our plots.
The vine makes me well what I do for it, I have the chance to obtain beautiful wines and beautiful characteristics that I let express themselves in vintages that pay tribute to them. Mono varietals, mono-terroirs and great vintages come to support our historical range...
