This activity offers an immersion in the daily life of a winemaker and to discover in a fun and educational way the basics of the art of tasting and the different taste flavors.
After theory, practice! Participants must now put themselves in the shoes of an oenologist and make the perfect assembly. Fruity, long in the mouth, subtle tannin ... all the possibilities are available to them.

The Castle of Viella was bought by my great-grandfather, when he emigrated from Italy; it was in ruins, in the middle of the vineyards. See less
