Be the brewer for a day, design 14 liters of beer according to your desire of the moment!
This fun, creative and very informative workshop takes place in a dedicated space in direct proximity to the production area of the brewery distillery. Accompanied by the brewer for 3h30, usually on Saturday afternoon, you can assimilate the theoretical bases and the practical follow-up to make a unique drink. At the end of the workshop, the sweet must you have made will be placed in a small dedicated fermenter. 2 to 3 weeks later, you are asked, as far as possible, to come and bottle your beer. Following this, you will leave with your bottled bottles in 75cl packaging (count between 15 and 17 copies) and charge you to store your creative beverage in a hot room (dry space between 18 and 23 ° C) for 2.5 weeks.

A few years ago, we embarked on the realization of a real project of heart, to create a range of beers and spirits in the purest tradition. These two activities respond wonderfully and the field of exploration of these two universes so complementary is infinite... We wanted to work with lively and authentic products (refermented in bottle for the brewing part and most of the time from a double distillation for stronger alcohols). The raw materials used are local or national and all from Organic Farming. Our products are unique (each product is unique), we pay particular attention to the selection of ingredients and the balance of flavors. The spirits from the Brasserie Distillerie du Cabestan are specialty and tasting products. Our spirits are refined, aged, and rectified with patience and respect for ancestral techniques. Giving the product time to develop all its fragrances, flavors and subtleties is, in our opinion, one of the secrets of a successful alcoholic beverage. See less
