Remarkably well located, the Château Tour Baladoz occupies a high point in the country and offers the visitor a superb panoramic view. Established entirely on a very clay-limestone soil, resting on the rock, this vineyard produces a very generous wine, very bouquet, mellow, extremely fine, complete and perfect wine presenting itself in all points as "grand premier cru".
At an altitude of 100m, the vineyard, in one piece in the municipality of Saint-Laurent des Combes, dominates the Crus Classes of the Châteaux Pavie, Bellefont Belcier and Larcisse Ducasse to the south and Château Tertre Roteboeuf to the east; to the west, it borders that of Troplong Mondot.
