The estate was created in the 1980s by a Champagne native by the name of Michel Dervin, interested in the terroir and the Limoux appellation.
Taken over in 2002 by Jacque Calvel who decides to modernize and enlarge the cellar to produce even more and improve the quality from one year to the next.
Located a few kilometers from the city of Carcassonne, the estate covers 30 hectares of vines. The field exports to several countries including Japan, Canada or Australia.
