The wine selection by Wine b-b
The nose is dense and intense, with deep and complex aromas, blending ripe black fruits with subtle notes of fresh flowers.
On the palate, the tannins are silky and slightly firm, providing a supple and elegant structure. The wine's richness gradually reveals itself, supported by a beautiful acidity that ensures perfect balance. The silky and precise texture promises exceptional aging potential, allowing this wine to continue to develop over the years.
A wine with great ageing potential and beautiful length.

Clos des Lambrays was first mentioned in the 14th century, with records from Cîteaux Abbey dating back to 1365. An engraved marker from that period attests to its foundation. After the French Revolution, the Clos was fragmented, but in the 19th and 20th centuries, successive owners worked to restore the integrity of the medieval Clos. In 1936, it was classified Premier Cru, and thanks to the Joly and Rodier families, it regained its Grand Cru status, formalized in 1981 by the INAO (National Institute of Wine and Heritage). After several phases, the estate was acquired by LVMH in 2014.
Domaine des Lambrays, with over 8 hectares of vines, owns Clos des Lambrays, one of Burgundy's 33 Grands Crus, as well as two plots of Morey-Saint-Denis Premier Cru and four of Morey-Saint-Denis Village.
