Château Gasqui - cuvée Silice Rosé - 2019 - Côtes de Provence

Nestled in the heart of green Provence, the Gasqui estate is registered in the protected European natural heritage "Natura 2000" and composed of 31 Ha of vines and 3 Ha of olive trees.
One of the pioneers of biodynamics in Provence, the estate is led by Francois Miglio, a goldsmith in the vineyard, with respect for the terroir and biodiversity. For those who have had the chance to meet him, it does not take long to understand that his years of observation, reflection, study and experimentation have led to this final result today: wines of a great authenticity, sincerity, capable of holding in surprising ways over time as well on the reds (obviously) as on the whites and on the rosés (there it is rarer). More importantly, to follow this domain for many years, it is a true alchemy of terroir + leg of the winemaker identity that has been established, which gives a character and a unique taste imprint to the wines of the Gasqui castle.
