Description

After manual harvesting, this rosé de saignée is vinified in the traditional way. The vineyard is 25 hectares on sandy gravel and gravel on clay-limestone. An explosive fruit, a good balance, a good aromatic intensity and a tasty freshness.

Located on the gravelly slopes of Saint Médard d'Eyrans, near Bordeaux, Château d'Eyran dates back to the 14th century. In 1796, it became the property of the de Seze family who still own it today. In early September 2015, their son Charles and his wife Fernanda joined them on the property. The vineyard is planted on sandy gravel and gravel on clay-limestone soil. This unique terroir gives the wine an incomparable elegance and structure.
