Champagne Collet - Nord Sud - BSA - champagne

White

Description

The Nord-Sud cuvée refers to the Terroir of the north of Fontaine Denis, white earth on flush chalk, as well as that of the south with a deep soil rich in clay and flint.
On the nose, you find a beautiful aromatic generosity, opening onto apple flesh and fresh brioche. On the palate, the style is balanced with real aromatic richness: stone fruit, notes of almond, white flower.
Blend 60% Chardonnay 40% Pinot Noir with more than half in wood vinification.
The base of the Nord Sud cuvée consists of harvest: 2017 (72%) - 2016 (21%) - 2015 (6%)
DOSAGE 7 g / liter
Winebnb rating: currently our undisputed crush on this price range, a champagne recently released twice 1st in blind tasting by jury specialized in champagne. Must be put in the cellar….
