Know a bit more about the domain

The Champagne House André Robert is above all a family business. The ROBERT family has been working the vines in Champagne for several generations. Henri Robert (1881-1948) started to work the vineyard "en foule" after the First World War. In the 1930's, he created the first group of winegrowers in order to pool the means of pressing and vinification. Our estate is spread over 14 hectares, most of which are classified as Grand Cru and Premier Cru. We work the 3 grape varieties on several communes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. But the Chardonnay grape remains the soul of our House and the main thread of all our blends. A delicate, fragile grape variety, it brings mineral, white flower and citrus notes to the blends and allows the elaboration of fine and elegant wines.
