Vinification : Vendanges à maturité (11.90°), pas de sulfite ajouté au pressage ni après. Fermentation alcoolique en fût de chêne avec les levures indigènes du raisin. Vieillissement 5 mois dans ces mêmes fûts.
Mise en bouteille : Les bouteilles ont été tirées en avril 2021.
Dosage : Zéro sucre
Œil : Jaune paille, limpide, bulle fine et légère.
Nez : Très aérien, équilibré, pêche de vigne, abricot, pivoine, aubépine
Bouche : Très vive et arrondie grace au chardonnay, équilibré, onctueuse, bonbon anglais
