Its nose is a tribute to the citrus fruits of Sicily, the bergamot of Calabria, the pineapples of Costa Rica, the almond of Provence, the honey of lavender, the pears Beurré Hardy and the vine peach of the Costières de Nîmes. The mouth is of great subtlety, rich without excessive opulence, suave without tiring the tongue, tangy as a childhood memory, that of those sweets that were said "well deserved."
