Description

The wines we offer at O Château are the result of years of research, tastings and above all meetings with their artisans.
We select our wines first for their taste quality, but it is true that meetings and exchanges with winemakers often follow.
Visiting their vineyards allows us to understand the terroir that each of them tries to tame and a creation of friendships with these virtuosos of the vine. We do not have a cultural preconception for the choice of our wines, namely that the winemakers work in the traditional way, in organic agriculture, in biodynamics or in a natural way.
On the other hand, it is clear that our partner winemakers have the utmost respect for their terroir, so the vast majority of them favour a low-interventionist agriculture. However, we are convinced that wine is, first and foremost, made by man and that the intervention of man is essential to obtaining a quality wine.
