Born from families of winemakers, Céline and Frédéric embarked on their own adventure in 2013. They create their Domain nestled in the heart of the Chablis vineyard. The 25 hectares of vines are composed mainly of Chardonnay grapes on the Burgundy and Chablis appellations. They also operate Sauvignon grape varieties for AOC Saint-Bris and Pinot Noir with Irancy. With a deep attachment to the roots of their families, they build a new Domain with a wind of freedom. Céline and Frédéric, in turn, write a new page in the history of wine.
