In 1924 Josep Mata Capellades started in the world of sparkling wine as a master of disgorging and professional producer. With pick and shovel, he begins the construction of the cellars just below his house, in the historic center of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Barcelona). It is the beginning of a story of exciting entrepreneurship that has as its starting point the craftsmanship of the disgorging of the bottle.
