The Distillerie de Paris is a pole of reflections around the world of spirits and more generally taste. A place where creativity and experimentation take on its full meaning in order to be able to create innovative distillates. A mixture of know-how, carefully selected raw materials and a hint of intuition allow the Distillerie de Paris to consider many spirits proposals. Since January 22, 2015, the very first legal distillery in the city of Paris produces a multitude of inspired spirits, according to the seasons, meetings and its desire. Thus were born: Gins, Whiskies, Rums, Brandies, Agave Alcohols, Maple, Vodkas, Sake ... in very limited series. Sébastien and Nicolas Julhès have combined their culture of taste, their experience in gastronomy and their passion for spirits to realize their dream: to make the heart of a still beat in the heart of the capital!
