The covered alley dates from the Neolithic period, the castle of the thirteenth century, the dovecote and the charterhouse of the eighteenth. For two generations, the Bellanger family has contributed to the revival of this exceptional heritage, and cultivates the Roquefort spirit, a blend of timeless art of living and authenticity.
