User profile description

Three friends solidify wine dreams Three young friends with experience and knowledge of winemaking created the winery, Bodega Cerro San Cristobal, in 2000. The founder, Jose Luis Becerra, runs the winery with Jose Antonio Moral and Juan Leopoldo Rodriguez, the vineyard experts. They all grow their own grapes for wine production, maintaining complete control over all winemaking processes. The village of Almonaster La Real has much historical significance, including a mosque and fascinating views of the surrounding area. There are several walking trails, as well as mushroom and wine routes in the national park. The Bodega Cerro San Cristobal harvests low yields with the intention of maintaining high quality in the vineyards. Minimal human intervention in winery and vineyards The climate, precipitation, temperature and soil are perfect in the region for growing and growing vines. The workers of the Bodega Cerro San Cristobal work mainly with local grape varieties. Human intervention on farms is minimal and natural organic methods are preferred in their grape cultivation. This helps to preserve the environment and the health of their vines. In their cellars, American and French oak barrels are used that provide the perfect taste and aroma to their wines. The main types of grapes that grow here are Colombard, Moscatel, Monastrell, Garnacha Tintorera, Syrah, Merlot and Fidilla Tintilla. The best grapes are used in the production of world-class wines from Bodega Cerro San Cristobal.
