PRODUCTION wine The winery produces wine from 10 grape varieties, including 7 reds: Fetească Neagră, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Shiraz, Merlot, Burgundy Mare, Pinot Noir and 3 whites: Sauvignon Blanc, Tămâioasa Românească and Italian Riesling, total annual production or around 10,000 bottles. Ferdi Winery wines stand out for their naturalness, consistency, acidity and elegance. The use of the traditional method of winemaking gives rise to a range of balanced and refined wines.
