A WORD FROM THE WINEMAKER Grangeneuve was created 50 years ago by my parents, Odette and Henri BOUR. How far we have come since the beginning of the adventure undertaken when they were almost of retirement age! It has taken us decades of hard work to make our wines known, from the creation of our vineyard instead of oak woods, in a totally unknown AOC, to the day when our wines appear on the list of very beautiful establishments including many starred restaurants. We certainly owe our success to our level of quality requirements. In Grangeneuve, nothing or almost nothing is left to chance, except the weather! We practice reasoned cultivation, we work the soil regularly, we use the least aggressive products possible. We harvest at perfect maturity according to the objectives of each cuvée. We carry out careful, precise vinifications, in order to highlight our grapes, fruits of our terroir. The vinifications are carried out by grape variety and by plot, adapting to the potential of each vine and the objectives we have set ourselves for each cuvée. We regularly invest in cellar and winemaking equipment in order to to progress every year in our search for quality. We are driven by the desire to make quality wines, without any concession, with a deep consideration for our customers.
