It all started in 1987 when Alice and Paulo were looking for a property that would become their family project and where they could make high quality wine. In Quinta da Chocapalha, each member of the family participates in the creation of the spirit of this project. Alice and Paulo Tavares da Silva have found the domain to fulfill their family dream. There was so much to do, but they quickly took on the work needed to make the Quinta da Chocapalha what it is today.
