: THE DOMAIN OF FARONVILLE When you reach Faronville, you will be surprised to discover from afar a green ise in the middle of a huge ocean of fields. The domain of Faronville as we see it today, dates from the seventeenth century. Built on the multiple remains of much older buildings, the square-plan farm is protected from dry ditches, called wolf jumps. Pauline and Paul-Henri, owners of the premises for more than 10 years, installed the distillery in the farm buildings.
