The 15 Ha of clay-limestone terraces on which the vineyard extends have made it possible to privilege the cultivation of 4 grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsault. A collection of white grape varieties (Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Viognier and Roussanne) complete this grape variety. The relief of Saint-Guilhem - Arboras whose highest point is Mont Baudile, overplants these terraces. Over the centuries, the alternation of freezing/thawing has split these limestone massifs, dragging downstream the pebbles that form the soils of the plots today.
