Brave Occitan Wild spirit Or the wild spirit of Occitan courage, was born in 2016 in Montauban. Working in climate engineering, the idea of creating a distillery emerged during the commissioning of sophisticated machines for complex installations. Why wouldn't I manage a distilled "fluid" management facility? I then mounted the walls of my future distillery, and after a few weeks of upgrading, I could see my first distillate flow. I work with local actors and in circular economy, all residues are revalorized and carbon footprints reduced. The farmers supply me with cereals that I myself have selected, and then all the work is done at the distillery. (except for grain cursing.) Brewing, fermentation, aging and bottling are developed on site. I designed my bottle as well as my labels. My soul resides in every product. My passion for this job pushes me to place myself on a Premium segment. With quality distillates with taste subtleties and out of the diktats of the spirit. BOWS is an artisanal distillery, offering a wide range of spirits that will delight all palates, floral notes, woody, smoked, full-bodied ... it's up to you to make your choice!
