Since 1890, Gallia beers have been brewed with passion, relentlessly pursuing the quest for the perfect beer... » It would make a nice commercial film but to tell the truth it is not our story. We were not born in 1890 and neither were you. As for what beer tasted like at that time... For us, it is in 2009 that the adventure begins. At the time, we wanted to set up our box so we took gallia, a former abandoned Parisian brewery. Our ambition: to give back their beer to Parisians, just that! In the early years, the focus was on business development. Our beers are clean, tidy. Our lager sells well. That's cool. Except that we are beginning to doubt. We hear about mind-blowing brewers across the Atlantic, incredible Scandinavian craft breweries, independent wine merchants. We taste. We drink. We discover completely crazy tastes. In short, we fall in love. Now everything for the product. That's about when we meet Remy. Brewer, baroudeur, inventor, he joins us, warning us anyway: "but I, the business I don't care!" With him and other enthusiasts, we start making great beers. They are not always consensual but they resemble us and we had a lot of fun brewing them. So we may not change the world, but if we can make as many people as possible discover the true taste of beer, we will not have wasted our time.
