Built in the 12th century by Saint Bernard de Clairvaux, our walls now house the eighth generation of the Drappier family. She cultivates the authentic and the natural at the service of a great Champagne wine. Conducted in reasoned and organic agriculture on the Côte des Bar terroir, our vineyard is the pride of the house. It gives life to grapes whose aromatic richness is balanced by a beautiful minerality. The absence of filtration, the minimal use of sulphur and dosage liquor define the unique style of the Drappier house: elegant and pure. Since 2016, Drappier has become the first carbon neutral Champagne house.
