The company has invested in the construction of a new cellar of more than 800 square meters (on two floors, the lower floor of which is in the basement), equipped with state-of-the-art tools and benefiting from the valuable advice of able-bodied winemakers in their region. , able to interpret the best vines and the viticulture of the Marches. All wines are born of attachment to the territory and the desire to produce unique wines, born of the indissoluble link between man and nature. The strong link with the territory and the right balance between the family tradition and the latest production techniques, allow Bruscia wines to acquire this touch of modern tradition that makes them recognizable and particularly appreciable! "Green Soul" Organic wines for nature lovers. The agricultural company Bruscia practices organic farming to respect nature and not pollute the environment. "We take care of the vines carefully and make green prunings to control the vegetation and eliminate the excess clusters because for us, quality always comes before quantity!" All our wines and production processes are controlled and certified by the "Suolo e Salute" www.suoloesalute.it. We offer certified organic wines from ancient cultures, combined with the latest technologies. The production of organic wines, total respect for nature and the adoption of a very high level of hygiene allow to obtain products of the highest quality. We sell the red and white grapes by hand, in different phases, to center the optimal moment of maturity. As soon as they are harvested, the whole bunches are immediately processed in our cellar using state-of-the-art winemaking techniques. The wines obtained are raised in oak barrels and steel barrels and the ageing takes place in a thermo-conditioned environment, free from light, noise and vibration. The wines are then bottled in our company.
