THE DOMAIN OF THE CHÂTEAU DE LA VALETTE, IN THE HEART OF BEAUJOLAIS Jean-Pierre & Isabelle CRESPIN have a passion for their profession. Owners-harvesters of the Estate since 1984, Jean-Pierre & Isabelle bring a particular and constant care to the maintenance of their winery and the elaboration of their different vintages to offer you quality wines. The terroir The Domaine du Château de la Valette is located in the heart of Beaujolais at the foot of Mont Brouilly. It extends over nearly 9 hectares. Its diverse soils, granite, schist, are perfectly suited to the cultivation of black Gamay with white juice from which our cuvées of Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly and Beaujolais are derived. Clay-limestone soils for our Chardonnay cuvées.
