Claude Chevalier inherited the family estate in 1994, taking over the vineyard alone. In 1998, he decided to review the working methods in the vineyard, then in 2000, the vinification methods, with a view to constantly improving the quality of his wines. A few years later he will be joined by 3 of his daughters, Anaïs, Chloé and Julie.
