In 1992, Philippe Courrian and his children bought part of the Château Saint Laurent from Monsieur de Bermon de Vaux. The property takes the name of Cascadais thanks to the presence of beautiful waterfalls. It is located in the Nielle Valley (Orbieux tributary).
