On a wine property dating back to the 17th century, the BADER-MIMEUR family has been working vines in Chassagne Montrachet and its surroundings for ten generations. The estate has an imposing winery dating from the 19th century, built in Chassagne stone in which the vinification and aging of the wines take place.
