In the middle of the twentieth century, the estate still exploited nearly 300 hectares of vines and produced huge volumes of wine in view of the old vats still present on the site. After 30 years spent in new technologies, they decided to sell their business, to leave their urban way of life in the Paris region to live as close as possible to nature, between vineyards and scrubland.
