The Venus estate is located in Maury, Roussillon. Most of the vines are located in Saint Paul de Fenouillet, on shale hillsides from 300 to 500m above sea level. Swallowed in yields, this terroir produces wines imbued with freshness and high potential for ageing. The estate now covers 34 hectares, 27 of which are in production, and has been certified organic since the 2019 harvest. Local grape varieties are in the spotlight: White Grenache, Grey Grenache, Macabeu, Vermentino for whites. Syrah, grenache, carignan, mourvèdre for reds.
