The "La Chimera d’Albegna" winery is located on the hills of Marsiliana (Manciano) in an area that has always been considered particularly suited to the production of the great traditional wines of Tuscany. The property covers about 26 hectares of which 10 of vineyards renovated from 2005 to today and 3 of olive groves, also mostly newly planted. The discovery of new international vines was added to the ancient passion for Tuscan "red", so much so that the planted vines were divided equally between Sangiovese-Canaiolo-Ciliegiolo on the one hand and Cabernet, Merlot, Syrah on the other. This means that the wines produced, all called "Colli di Marsiliana" belong to two distinct lines: the traditional Tuscan and the international one.
